Free sample: five documents, fixed

Pick five PDFs from your website. We will remediate them, validate each one with veraPDF, and send them back with a before-and-after report. There is no charge and nothing to sign.

What to send. Choose the kinds of documents you post most: a recent agenda, a set of minutes, a form, a budget page, a scanned notice. Mixed samples give you the best picture of what the full job would look like.

You will hear back within one business day, and the finished files usually come back within five business days.

PDF, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. Up to 25 MB in total.
One web address per line. We will download the files ourselves.

We use your documents only to prepare your sample and talk with you about it. Your submission and files are emailed to our inbox through Resend and stored in our client portal on Cloudflare until we delete them; we work on copies on our own computers; and to draft image descriptions, read scanned pages, and check forms we send page images, text, and context to Anthropic's AI service. How we handle your files. Public records are best. If a document is not public or holds personal information, tell us before you send it.

What you get back

  • Five remediated files

    Same content, tagged and structured so screen readers can read them, and the same look wherever we can keep it (added form fields or a contrast fix can show). Each one reviewed by a person. Delivered as PDFs, or as Office files if that is what you sent.

  • A before-and-after report for each

    The automated results for the original and for the fixed file (veraPDF for PDFs, our automated Office checks for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), side by side, in plain language, with the human review noted. Keep it as evidence of what changed; it is not a compliance certificate.

  • An honest estimate

    Based on your sample, a rough per-page cost for the rest of your site and how long a full cleanup would take. No sales call required.
